關於擬搭乘航班自巴西出發赴華人員“雙檢測”後需簽署《健康防護承諾書》的通知

為減少疫情跨境傳播，2021年2月8日（星期一）起，自巴西出發搭乘商業航班赴華的中外乘客，在向中國駐巴西使領館申領帶“HS”標識的綠色健康碼（“HS”碼）或電子版健康狀況聲明書（“HDC”碼）時，除提交新冠病毒核酸檢測陰性證明和血清特異性IgM抗體檢測陰性證明（雙陰性證明）、個人旅行證件、機票訂單外，需上傳本人簽署的《健康防護承諾書》，承諾在完成新冠病毒核酸檢測和血清特異性IgM抗體（“雙檢測”）後嚴格進行自我閉環管理，避免或減少同外界接觸，在旅行中及中轉地二次檢測過程中妥善做好個人防護。
